Shipping and returns

1. Shipping Information


1.1 Processing Time:

While we strive to process orders within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment, please note that as all orders are meticulously handcrafted by our lead creative director, the processing time is dependent on the intricacy and volume of orders. If processing time for a specific order is estimated to extend the processing time of within 7 business days, we will promptly notify the customer of any delays and provide updates on the status of their order. Custom orders may also require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship.


1.2 Shipping Destinations, Costs and Methods:

Domestic Orders: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. We offer free standard shipping via USPS for all orders within the United States. Shipping times vary, but most orders are delivered within 5 business days. For expedited delivery requests, please contact us via email.


International Orders: International shipping is available upon inquiry. If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your interest and will work to find the best solution for you.


1.3 Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


2. Returns and Exchanges


2.1 Return Process:

Returns: Initiate returns within 14 days of purchase, ensuring items are in their original condition.


Damaged Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to replace jewelry damaged under circumstances beyond the control of Fifteenth Line. We can however offer repair services for a small fee. Please email us with any such inquiry. 


Custom Orders: Custom orders are considered final and are not eligible for returns.


To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.


2.2 Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


2.3 Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item (please see Section 2.1 Returns).


3. Defective and Damaged Items

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon having received your item. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned and received by us by post.
